Return & Exchange Policy
At Meeras Leather, your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:
✅ The item is unused and in its original condition
✅ All original tags and packaging are intact
✅ A valid proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation or receipt)
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
❌ Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
❌ Custom or personalised items
❌ Items bought on sale or during promotions (final sale)
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start the return or exchange process, please:
- WhatsApp us at +92309-0092066 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item if needed.
- Our team will review and guide you with the next steps.
Note: Do not send the item back without contacting us first.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
✅ Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
❌ If the return does not meet our policy conditions, we will not issue a refund, and the item will be sent back to you.
6. Exchanges
Need a different item or color?
We are happy to exchange the item if it is in stock and eligible. Follow the same process as a return request and mention you want an exchange.
