  • We accept payments via secure third-party gateways like Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Transfer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock issues.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days.
  • Standard delivery time within Pakistan is 2–5 business days.
  • Shipping is handled by third-party couriers. Once the parcel is dispatched, we are not liable for delays caused by courier companies.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, original condition items.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.
  • Items on sale or personalised items are non-returnable.
